The picture originally came from an old Masters of the Universe activity book with a big space above He-Man and Teela. The idea was to draw what He-Man and Teela see. Someone patched in an enlarged copy of the head of the man who had the bad fortune of becoming known across the Internet as the Cock Mongler, and comedic history was made.
