Attack of the Penguin Clones

Have you ever stopped to notice how rather ineffective the Storm Troopers were in Star Wars? I blame this on bad genetics. They were all cloned from Jango Fett, a guy who died stupidly in battle. Years later, his cloned "son" also died stupidly in battle. He was taken out by a blind man on accident, for crying out loud. I think a vast army of angry baby penguin clones would have been more effective. I mean, come on, who doesn't love penguins?
