Is This A "Fat" Girl?

Why is this girl being nominated for Thick Girl Thursday? To illustrate a point. The site on which I found her pictures had her listed as a "plumper" and described her as a "fatty." I don't think she's either. I think that she's a normally proportioned woman. Apparently, if they're not anorexic, they're considered obese. Is there no middle ground? What do you think; is she fat or is she normal?
