It didn't take long for this to surface. I actually found it yesterday, but since I'd already posted a picture for yesterday, it had to wait until today. I think the Nazi references are going a bit too far, however he does bear an uncanny resemblance to the Emperor from Star Wars. Just give him a hood and you're there.
