Downloading the Internet

Surprise, surprise. Picasa isn't working, giving me a "Network Error 0x0000274c" message, which is undiscernable by anything that Picasa has to offer as far as troubleshooting, which is to include the online forums which is linked everywhere on their website, but apparently does not exist, so you get a GIF animation today. Enjoy.
