Siamese Twin Kittens

Both of these pictures of kittens are real. Both are conjoined twin kittens. The 8-legged "Spider-Kitten" died several hours after birth, as that type of deformation will do as both twins are sharing the same internal organs and would have had extreme difficulty utilizing its organs as well as just getting around (mobility).

The two-faced kitten was actually given a good prognosis from the vet, but still died a couple of months after birth. It's kind of sad, really, because I think that would be a cool cat to have if it could have lived long enough to grow into adulthood.
